Profile Approval Process

To keep PartyHubSA professional and trustworthy, all new business profiles are reviewed by an administrator before they appear publicly.

After submitting your profile:

⏳ Pending Review

Your profile will show a Pending status while it is being reviewed.

✅ Approved

Once approved, your business profile becomes visible on the website and can start receiving enquiries from customers.

❌ Changes Required

If important information is missing, we may ask you to update your profile before approval.

Tips for Getting Approved Faster

Please include as much information as possible when creating your profile.

A complete profile should have:

✔️ Business name
✔️ Clear business and product/service description (ensuring you use keywords that customers will search for)
✔️ Accurate contact details
✔️ Province and city
✔️ Relevant categories
✔️ Services offered
✔️ Price range
✔️ At least 3–5 quality photos

Incomplete profiles may take longer to approve.

Getting Started as a Supplier

Step 1 — Sign Up

Create your free PartyHubSA account.

Step 2 — Create Your Shop’s Profile

Click “List Your Business” and complete all profile sections.

Step 3 — List, submit products/services with Photos, Description and details

Add up to 5 photos showcasing your best work.

Step 4 — Submit for Approval

Your profile will be reviewed by our admin team.

Step 5 — Start Receiving Enquiries

Once approved, customers will be able to:

Find your products/services in search results
View your gallery
Read your services and pricing
Contact you directly
Leave ratings and reviews
